A leading white-label fintech solutions company needed to optimize its all-in-one platform to create and expand its clients’ lending businesses.
Their goal was to facilitate self-managed acquisition of new partners, enabling growth with minimal data capture, analyze instrument issuers for quick and efficient sales, and achieve accessibility from anywhere without device restrictions.
Our Solution
At Artekium, we put all our creativity into achieving these objectives. We began by integrating different data sources to automatically preload workflow information and used customer feedback to implement improvements to the onboarding process. Additionally, we developed advanced creditworthiness evaluation criteria for fast and accurate client acceptance. Finally, we completely redesigned the front-end to make it mobile-friendly while maintaining the essence of the previous design.
Results
With this implementation, 90% of client information and documentation pre-population was achieved, maintaining the possibility of making modifications in case of discrepancies with external sources. We also simplified the client onboarding process and expanded the product’s reach thanks to its compatibility with multiple devices.
