The challenge
Bithonor is a Chilean digital financial services platform that allows the sending of money to more than 7 countries in Latin America and Europe, commission-free. They offer innovative financial services tailored to the needs of migrants and nomads around the world.
To continue its expansion, Bithonor needed to add a business solution to its product offering that would facilitate the use of cryptocurrencies as a financial vehicle for global operations.
Our Solution
At Artekium, we took on the challenge and, in just one month, developed and delivered the MVP. Our Ignite team, an on-demand task force for rapid project execution, developed an app with KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) identity validation, a dashboard with balances, transactions, and notifications, a currency conversion simulator, balance top-ups in different currencies, sending and receiving transfers, activity history, supplier management, mass payments, and technical support.
We also developed a back office to access customer, operations, and supplier management centrally.
Results
With a central backend, we ensured the consistency and efficiency of all business processes, data, and operations. Through API integrations, we achieved a platform that functions correctly, and with a responsive design, an intuitive interface with clear menus, and defined actions, we achieved an optimal user experience.
The platform, developed to operate in multiple currencies and regions, includes the highest security and regulatory compliance standards, both European and local, as well as anti-money laundering (AML).
