A leading white-label fintech solutions company sought to optimize its omnichannel banking platform. Their objectives were to improve account and user creation, password recovery, and incorporate new banking operations while maintaining 2FA security standards.

 

Our Solution

At Artekium, we accepted the challenge and began by redesigning the entire onboarding process to enhance user experience and guide users if their selected operation was not valid.

We also implemented new functionalities that enabled new banking operations such as foreign currency purchase, loan applications, account formalization, and e-checks.

Lastly, we integrated biometrics as a new security measure by incorporating an external provider to validate facial authenticity.

 

Results

In conclusion, we improved the account and user creation process by incorporating client analysis to define the flow they should follow. New operations that clients can perform were included, and biometric validation was incorporated to comply with 2FA security standards.
